            Summary: ShapeCrush automatically creates a random player ID and submits gameplay results to its leaderboard service. The game also uses Google AdMob, which may process device, usage, diagnostic, and approximate location information to provide, measure, and protect advertising.
        

1. Developer

2. Information We Collect

The game processes the following information:

On-device data: a randomly generated player ID, settings, progress, and high score.
Leaderboard data: the game automatically sends the random player ID, score, level, and technical session/checkpoint information used to validate a run.
Network information: the leaderboard service receives your IP address as part of the connection and may use it temporarily for security and rate limiting. ShapeCrush does not intentionally store the IP address in leaderboard records.

Google AdMob may process additional information:

IP address and approximate location derived from it
App interactions and advertising interactions
Diagnostics, including crash and performance information
Advertising ID, app set ID, and other device or account identifiers

3. How We Use Information

We use the information to:

Save settings and progress on your device
Operate the public leaderboard, validate scores, and reduce abuse
Serve, personalize where consent permits, measure, and protect ads
Diagnose reliability and performance problems in advertising services

4. Storage and Service Providers

Your device: player ID, settings, progress, and high score.
Leaderboard backend: Cloudflare infrastructure stores the random player ID, best score, level, and submission date.
Advertising: Google AdMob processes advertising data under Google's terms and privacy policy.

5. Sharing and Public Leaderboard

We do not sell personal information. Information is disclosed only as needed to operate the game:

The leaderboard publicly displays a random player ID, score, and level. It does not request or display your real name.
Cloudflare provides hosting and backend infrastructure.
Google AdMob may collect and share advertising data for ad delivery, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.

6. Security

Data sent between the app and its services is protected in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

Clear on-device data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
Manage applicable advertising consent choices through the Privacy Choices option in the app.
Limit ad personalization through your Android advertising settings.
Request deletion of leaderboard data by emailing us with the player ID shown in the game.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

On-device data remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app, subject to Android backup and restore settings. Leaderboard entries are retained for the current leaderboard period, and selected top results may be archived for leaderboard history. Deletion requests can be sent to zagreus62@gmail.com with the player ID shown in the game.

9. Children's Privacy

ShapeCrush is intended for users aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe data relating to a child under 13 has been processed, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where applicable.
